Services & fees 2026

Fixed fees. Quoted in advance. No hourly billing.

Most people who move to Morocco end up paying twice: once for advice that turns out to be wrong, and again to undo it. Every engagement below is quoted as a fixed price before it starts. You are told the full fee before any work begins, and it does not move unless the scope changes and you agree the change in writing. Fees in pounds sterling, valid to 31 December 2026.

For people who would rather have it in writing than on a call, or when live slots are full. Included at no charge with every package. To order, book a Position Review and say you would prefer the written analysis.

How we charge

  • Fixed fees, agreed in writing. No hourly billing, no charge for calls or messages while your file is open.
  • No commission from anyone but you. No referral fees from agents, sellers, notaries, banks or accountants.
  • Third-party costs at cost. Government fees, translations, apostilles, notary and court fees are not ours and are not marked up.
  • Half on engagement, half on filing or delivery. Card, bank transfer or Wise, in sterling or dirhams.
