Nature of the service
BritInMorocco, a trading name of SUPREMIUM INTERNATIONAL LTD, provides relocation planning, document preparation, administrative coordination and the coordination of licensed professionals for British nationals moving to Morocco. We are not a law firm, a tax practice, an immigration adviser regulated by the OISC, or a financial adviser regulated by the FCA, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of these.
Information on this site
The information published here is general in nature, prepared for a British reader considering Morocco, and checked against primary sources — GOV.UK, HMRC, the Direction Générale des Impôts and the relevant Moroccan codes — on the dates stated on each page. It is not advice on your circumstances and must not be relied on as such. Rules change, in particular through Morocco's annual Finance Law, and Moroccan administrative practice varies significantly between prefectures, courts and individual officials.
Regulated matters
Where a matter requires a regulated opinion — a tax computation for filing, a contested title, an inheritance question, the UK residence position, litigation — we identify that and coordinate the appropriate licensed professional. Any figure you rely on for a filing is produced by that professional, not by us.
No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee the outcome of any residence application, marriage file or other administrative process. Those decisions rest with the Moroccan authorities. We do not guarantee any tax treatment or saving.
